Thought I'd post something that I made for my daughter. It was inspired by the picture her husband sent to her. He knows how much she loves sunflowers (right down to the tattoo) and he found a field of sunflowers in Iraq of all places. So sweet of him to send it, just too bad it's in Iraq of all places! I hope she likes it, but I told her if she didn't it's o.k. Keep in mind it's like 120 degrees there!

Sometimes you just gotta...

take a day off and that's exactly what I did today. I forgot just how nice it is to be able to spend a day at home. Clean the house, do the laundry, clean up the scrap room! Rick was very impressed with that...now I'm tempted to go in there and get it messy again he he! I got some reading in (lovin the new Somerset Studio). Even took a tiny nap. We had the best seat in the world for fireworks last night. Right in our own front yard. We thought we would be able to see them but not as good as we did. We had a great Independence Day, I had a great day off, life is good! I'll be back at the store refreshed and ready to go tomorrow.
